1. Agreement

By accessing or using ayulogy.org (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Ayulogy (“Ayulogy”). Contact: hello@ayulogy.org.

2. Soft launch & shop status

The Site may present formulations, waitlists, and educational content while ecommerce is disabled. Product names, prices (INR), pack sizes, and availability are indicative until checkout is enabled. Waitlist signup does not guarantee allocation or price.

3. Informational content

Journal articles, ingredient pages, and science content are for general education about botanical wellness and Ayurvedic living. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See the Disclaimer for health-related limits.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or probe systems
• Do not submit false contact details or spam
• Do not misuse brand assets outside permitted fair use / press kits

5. Intellectual property

Ayulogy names, logos, design system, copy, and media are owned by Ayulogy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit Site materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by law (e.g. fair dealing).

6. Orders (when enabled)

When the shop is live, additional checkout terms (shipping, returns, GST invoices, cancellation) will apply and may be shown at purchase. Payment will be processed by third-party providers. Risk of loss for physical goods passes according to those checkout terms and carrier rules.

7. Accounts & newsletter

Newsletter membership is voluntary. You may unsubscribe at any time. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or harms other users.

8. Disclaimers of warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Ayulogy disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the Site and informational content. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayulogy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from Site use. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site (excluding product liability for purchased goods, which follows applicable law and product-specific terms) shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid to Ayulogy in the prior 12 months for the relevant transaction, or (b) INR 5,000.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-venue rules that apply to you.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where law requires express consent.
